Rand Expands Amsterdam Operations to Support Continued EMEA Growth

Rand Technology Netherlands

New corporate office provides an enhanced base for Rand’s growing European team and regional customer support.

IRVINE, Calif., September 11, 2026 – Rand Technology has expanded its operations in Amsterdam by opening a new corporate office to support its growing European team and customers across the EMEA region.

The move marks the next stage of Rand’s long-standing presence in Amsterdam. The new facility provides additional space for regional collaboration while strengthening coordination between Rand’s European operations and its global sales, sourcing, engineering, quality, and logistics teams.

“Our continued growth in EMEA reflects the trust customers place in our people and our ability to solve increasingly complex supply chain challenges. This investment gives our team a space they can feel jazzed to come into every day – to grow, collaborate more closely, and deliver even greater value to customers across the region.” – James Hill, President & CEO

For nearly 35 years, Rand has helped OEMs, EMS providers, and other technology companies navigate complex electronic component supply chains. From Amsterdam, the EMEA team works directly with customers to resolve critical component shortages, identify cost-reduction opportunities, manage excess inventory, and support supply continuity throughout the product life cycle.

Amsterdam’s strong connections to Europe’s commercial, technology, and logistics networks make it an important center for Rand’s regional operations. The new office gives the company room to expand its team, strengthen customer relationships, and respond more effectively to evolving supply chain requirements across EMEA.
