She has led large, multi-region sales teams, expanded global market presence, opened new commercial offices, and driven significant improvements in forecasting, customer engagement, and revenue performance.
Known for her strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, Rose empowers teams through clarity, alignment, and accountability. She combines market intelligence with disciplined execution, ensuring customers receive high-value solutions delivered with speed and precision. Her expertise spans sales management, business development, negotiation, operational workflow, and executive-level relationship building.
Rose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in International Trade & Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam. In her role, she plays a key part in strengthening Rand’s global commercial strategy, deepening customer partnerships, and supporting the company’s continued growth across all regions.
