Tawnie Bassett-Parkins

Tawnie Bassett-Parkins, with over 30 years of experience, has been leading Rand Technology’s global finance and accounting teams since 2015. She oversees all financial divisions of the company, bringing a wealth of expertise in finance, accounting, and operations to her role.

Tawnie is highly skilled in developing and implementing successful strategies for revenue growth, risk mitigation and focused financial forecasts. Her efforts for Rand have been instrumental in bolstering sales and identifying major opportunities and potential threats.

Prior to joining Rand, she was director of financial planning and analysis for a leading Japanese automaker. Tawnie later served in senior finance and administration roles and as an independent consultant/CPA for two California-based manufacturing and distribution companies

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting at California State University, Long Beach, and has completed training programs in organizational change management and fraud prevention.
