Isaac Tan joined Rand Technology as Director of Sales – APAC in October 2023. He brings over 26 years of experience in the electronic components distribution industry, with a strong focus on leadership and team development.
Having worked at both franchised and independent distributors, he understands the nuances of the market and has a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing sales teams.
Based in Singapore, Isaac is focused on driving revenue growth and expanding Rand’s reach across the APAC region.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (Marketing) from the University of Bradford, UK.
